Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel an order, kindly do so within 24 hours of placing it. For outright cancellations:
If canceled before product shipment, a full refund will be processed.
If canceled after product shipment and upon receipt of the product, replacements will be considered only for defective items.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 10 working days from the date of order cancellation.
Return Policy:
If you receive a product in poor condition or notice tampering or damage to the packaging before delivery, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person. email us at kuldevienterprises1@gmail.com with your Order ID. We will ensure a brand new replacement is dispatched to you at no extra cost. Ensure the original product tag and packaging are intact when returning the product.
